Job Description

Job Description
- Direct plant management and value stream manager to promote and implement lean manufacturing principles (pull and levelling initiatives) with the focus on manufacturing excellence.
- Implementation of BPS (LEAN) maturity across value chain and guide to perform structural, in-depth analysis of processes for evaluating the performance, identifying gaps and support to improve BPS process
- Develop and implement appropriate BPS competence modules towards increasing BPS maturity across plant
- Foresee employee engagement plans and activities to aid learning and development of individuals to achieve organization goals Liaise with various external forums and implement best practices in plant, reward improvements and participation of employees in competitions
- Assess effectiveness of BPS implementation at current and across locations to identify gaps and support in defining solutions for Manufacturing excellence
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production
  • BPS system expert / Certified BPS assessor
  • 10+ years in manufacturing handling lean manufacturing
  • Experience in high
