Employee Relations And Industrial Relations

Drive and manage industrial relations activities on the shop floor by addressing grievances and utilizing counseling techniques for conflict resolution. Develop and implement creative employee engagement programs within the plant to capitalize on organizational advantages, thus ensuring business continuity while considering internal and external environmental factors.

Temporary Workforce Management

Partner with the value streams to plan and provide manpower based on the volume situation and ensure enhancement of the skill level of current associates.

Wage cost and productivity improvement.

Discipline, Legal And Statutory Compliance

Representing management in various disciplinary proceedings in domestic inquiry and also in the conciliation meetings with labor authorities Conduct awareness programs to shop floor M&SS in the area of handling discipline and compliance in the organization.
