Facility Dy. Manager Civil

• Coordination with Goverment offices viz. PMRDA, FIRE Department, DISH, Grampanchayat etc. for arranging all the required approvals for new construction modifications etc.
• Developing a detailed safety plan to be followed during execution in coordination with all involved stake holders
• Coordination with other aspects of work viz. Electrical, Air conditioning, Mechanical utilities etc.
• Cost tracking, monitoring work execution for quality, safety & progress, work certification & Handing over
• Dgitalization drive in the department to optimize resources
• Projects Civil, Infrastructure : Plan & Execute projects for Building construction/extension as per business requirement considering future expansions. Coordinate approvals ( Internal & External eg. DOF ) for the construction.
• Budget Preparation and Control: Cost calculations, Budget preparation & review, identify capital purchases, control revenue & capital budget,
• Assist the Procurement team in the procurement of facility management service contracts, consultancy support and work contracts in accordance with Bosch financial and procurement policies and procedures
• Ensure health and safety compliance, 5s at workplace, compliance to C/AU audit points, HSE audits
• 5S, Housekeeping: Maintain best HK at Shop Floor, Toilets & Facilities.Garden maintanince and improvements.
