Management forces us to pressurise associates to resign in the name of poor performance. No accountability to customer complaints. Typical corrupt beaucracy mindset. Low salary. Not suitable for women who want to progress in career. GRC and POSH are for namesake. Policies are not employee friendly.

Purely senior management manipulation, this not a right place for those who had prior IT service industry experience as we see a lot of culture difference! Management is too old rotten, don't encourage new methods. Once you tagged to a department, it is. Fixed for 2 years form your date of joining, if no work they don't care, you have no choice to choose a department unless your manager approve even after 2 years, annual bonus is good., learning opportunities are good, but remember Bosch is not an IT company, this is their internal automobile IT service department, 90% of the revenue and projects are internal.. very boring management.....Read More

2 year time to wait to change a project and your reporting manager approval is must needed to change a project after 2 years only, they don't give and if you ask for a change then you are done and forced to quit the organization. 90% internal Bosch maintenance projects, you may lost the real IT industry exposure with their process, most of them are Bosch only, no external customer but onsite team are very egoistic and rude german, you may feel no self respect while working with them....Read More

Bit beaurocratic culture. Technology exposure is variable across the company. Some areas are cutting age while other are working on legacy technologies. Bosch as a group is slow to adopt new technologies.

HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. Your resume will die with 3 months notice. It has become just another service company that advertises itself as product company. There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Unfortunately I saw group culture like Tamil group, Kannadagroup, mallu group and so on and there is so much politics that even game of thrones is also small. No proper encouragement for talented associates. For promotions you either from the same state or place as your manager or you literally good at licking their a**, They don't hesitate to snatch the credits of your work. If you have career ambitions and goals do not join this company especially in Bengaluru.
