Job Summary:
Otekworld is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our brands marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, with experience in the electronics industry. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance Otekworld’s brand presence and sales.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Oversee product launches, brand positioning, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Handle PR activities and corporate communications to maintain a strong brand image.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electronics marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proven experience in executing successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies.
