Job Description
- As a contract admin, you will be assisting in the core administrative activities once the bid is awarded to Azuria.
- Develop understanding of the overall cost elements of project involving; contract documents, insurance, Bonds, etc.
- Accurately extract necessary job-information such that it can be injected into the JDE tool (web-based), appropriately.
- Ensure accessibility to project information to execution team involving engineers to access the project online, for various information associated to process wages, rates, etc.
- Seek out Tax Exempt and Wage Rates so that it can be forwarded to the consigned individuals.
- Create Tax Exempt Application for target states (e.g. Colorado and Tennesse).
- Setup the documentation environment in N8 (tool) such that the documentation generated along the project execution can be recorded.
- Adopt communication methods to coordinate status of activities and reflect them in salesforce, as they get notified through ALB emails.
- Utilize ALB email notifications to appropriately set up folder structure in N8 along with updating Bid documents to appropriately segregate activities when they occur.
- Ensure timely closure of jobs/activities in JDE tool, as and when necessary, approvals are received from the controllers.
- Coordinate exchange of bonds between stakeholders upon provide those to MMA companies, working with Azuria.
