Job Role : Mechanical Facilities (Gas Yard)

Location : Hyderabad

Job Responsibility :

1) Experience in Understanding Drawings, Site supervision, Co-ordination and Execution of the Project as per the Schedule

2) Experience in Project Review of Planned Vs Actual BOQ

3) Uninterrupted Operation, Supply & Trouble shoot of Mechanical Facilities - Gases like, TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphane

4) Understanding Physical & Chemical properties of all Gases, MSDS of all Gases, Preparation / Revision of SOPs and Log Sheets, Compliance related to IMS, EHS, & etc

5) Regular Monitoring of SCADA and all gases Physically by maintaining required pressures, flow, Temperature & etc.

6) Knowledge of Controls & System during Cylinder Change Over Process with required precautions to Handle all Gases

7) Maintaining History Cards, Log Book, Breakdown Registers, Service Reports. Creating, Planning & Scheduled Preventive Maintenance.

8) Diagnosing Faults & Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns for implementing Corrective Action

9) Maintaining Inventory of Critical Spares

10) Relevant Knowledge with Problem solving skills and work well under pressure
