About the Role:
The HR Executive Intern at BookMyTourNow will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about HR and eager to start their career in a fast-paced and growing company.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
o Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media).
o Screen resumes and applications.
o Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
o Participate in interviews and provide feedback.
o Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
HR Administration:
o Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
o Assist with HR-related documentation, such as offer letters and contracts.
o Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
o Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Employee Relations:
o Assist with addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
o Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
o Help to organize company events and activities.
Training and Development:
o Assist with the coordination and logistics of training programs.
o Support the development of training materials and resources.
o Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Special Projects:
o Contribute to various HR projects as assigned, such as research, data analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors Or Master s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
