About the Role:
The Backend Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of BookMyTourNows internal systems and processes. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. The Backend Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining various backend systems, supporting internal teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities:
System Administration and Maintenance:
o Manage and maintain various backend systems, including CRM, booking platforms, and other internal tools.
o Ensure system uptime and performance.
o Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical problems.
o Perform regular system backups and updates.
o Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Data Management and Analysis:
o Manage and analyze data related to sales, bookings, and customer interactions.
o Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
o Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
o Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and procedures.
o Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency.
o Streamline workflows and automate tasks where possible.
Technical Support:
o Provide technical support to internal teams on the use of backend systems and tools.
o Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues.
o Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal users.
Vendor Management:
o Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
o Ensure vendors meet service level agreements.
o Negotiate contracts and manage vendor costs.
Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of backend systems with front-end operations.
o Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in backend operations or a similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of various software and hardware systems.
