Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the institutional
market in South & East India.
• Identify and target key segments for institutional sales.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including
corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies.
• Drive the acquisition of new institutional clients while ensuring satisfaction
among existing clients.
3. Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets for the institutional business segment in South &
East India.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for
institutional clients.
4. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities,
and potential opportunities.
• Provide insights to adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics.
5. Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure
smooth execution of institutional sales.
• Provide regular updates to the senior management team on sales performance
and market trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales roles with a focus on institutional clients.
• In-depth understanding of the institutional market in South & East India (Pharma &
Non-Pharma)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.e & responsibilities
