Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Ensure the quality and integrity of AI/ML models, including data quality, model performance, and ethical considerations.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Acumen:

Understand the business value of AI/ML projects and how they align with organizational goals.
Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications.
Identify and quantify the potential return on investment (ROI) of AI/ML projects.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI/ML models.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI/ML models before deployment.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI/ML team.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English.
Education: Bachelors in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in project management, with AI/ML experience preferred.
Project Delivery: Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and budget.
Methodology : Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management tools (Jira, Asana).
Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical & problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently & as part of a high-performing team.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML & its business value.
Technical Skills: Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (a plus).
Ethics: Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI/ML development.
Technical Setup: Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps).
