Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, support client service initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach.
Nurture leads and schedule meetings: employ creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them.
Gather market intelligence and assist with sales enablement activities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary.
Maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Administrative Support, Project Management, Appointment Setting, Jr SDR or a related role.
Experience with a US-based company is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
A strong curiosity for leveraging AI to drive process improvement and optimization.
Technology proficiency: ability to use sales intelligence tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus.
Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
