Job Description

Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL MESSAGING team. This role is located in Pune, MH -HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways :

Help us to develop, support and maintain the critical SWIFT Messaging Infrastructure.
Provide comprehensive technical support for the application and act like an owner.
Participate in design, analysis, coding, and successful deployment of the application in production.
Participate in troubleshooting issues, incidents and propose solutions.
Help to improve resiliency by focusing on monitoring and alerting. Secure the application from vulnerabilities.
Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). Actively participate in code reviews.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required.
5+ years of experience in SWIFT Messaging applications with hands-on experience on one or more following applications: Alliance Messaging Hub, SAG (Alliance Gateway), HSM, AGI (Alliance Gateway Instant) CREST, AWP (Web platform), Micro gateway (MGW)
Strong experience in SDLC, DevOps processes - CI/CD tools, Git, etc.
Solid Understanding of Messaging frameworks like IBM MQ
Good proficiency in software development preferred (especially Java 11 or higher, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting)
Experience in the banking/financial services industry is a plus.
Coordinate coding, unit testing, implementation, and documentation of solution.

Management isnt good, appraisal is terrible, promotions are very less compared to number of new openings, managers doesnt let you apply for IJPs, have to provide explanation on each of your leaves with proofs.
