We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Application Development Manager to join our Asset servicing team. This role is in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design and architecture for solutions built as part of the project with particular focus on developing a sustainable DevOps model
• Manage and oversee the contributions of developers across teams
• Accountable for the code produced by the team - code quality, test coverage and compliance to cyber security standards
• Set coding standards/ best practices within the team.
• Work closely with program manager/product owner on grooming stories, backlog prioritization and tracking and communicating progress
• Face off to and manage business and technology stakeholders across the organization, including product owners, other technology teams and technology/business management.
• Follow and promote Agile practices especially Scrum
• Ensure consistency with and synergy across the global platform by collaborating regularly with peers.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Advanced knowledge of Distributed Architectures, Event Driven Design and Microservices
• Experienced in Scrum and Agile Methodologies
• Experienced in Java, Spring, Relational Databases, MQ and Kafka
• Expertise in design and development patterns and anti-patterns
• Ability to drive the quality coding and hands on experience with tools such as Sonar, Check style, PMD, Find Bugs
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular JS, webpack would be desirable
