Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the US market. This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of technology and enterprise sales, helping clients adopt cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in Salesforce or SaaS solutions, with a consultative approach to solving customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-value enterprise clients in the US market.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos, and lead proposal discussions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on demand-generation campaigns and account-based strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closure, managing multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand presence.
  • Develop account expansion strategies for existing enterprise clients.
  • Utilize advanced sales technologies, such as AI-driven sales intelligence tools, for prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and interns, to improve team performance.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate sales data, maintain pipeline health, and provide precise sales forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Salesforce or SaaS services.
  • Proven experience selling Salesforce products, particularly CPQ and Revenue Cloud, is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with virtual selling and remote demonstration tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in modern CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in US time zones, as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong project management skills for coordinating complex POCs and implementations.
