ServiceNow Portal Developer - ITSM Frameworks (8-10 yrs)

Role Description :

- Designs, develops, configures and customizes ServiceNow applications and services to automate and integrate workflows

- Write ServiceNow integrations and automations using integration hub and other technologies

- Delivers new functionality across applications

- Supports entire development lifecycle

- Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints

- Propose solutions to achieve complex business objectives

- Advise on configuration and coding standards

- Support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and facilitate end-user adoption

- Guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment

- Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations that do not align to ServiceNow best practices

- Define solutions across the platform that align to out of the box capabilities

- Drive the adoption of new features and functionality

- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to align with other products and solutions

- Lead technical conversations and assist in training and mentoring of more junior staff

- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.

- Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow HRSD and other applications including customer's HR system.

- Development of robust and performant solutions

- Collaborate with the team to ensure compatibility and consistency across different module and functionalities of the platform

- Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business requirements

- Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform updates and enhancements and recommend best practices for portal development
