HR Recruiter

• Managing the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent.
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
• Setting up performance appraisal systems and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors.
• Maintaining records and preparing documents related to employment.
• Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Extensive experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle
• Experience in working at a recruitment agency would be an advantage.
• Track record of closing positions within a month
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
