Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make 50+ calls daily, identifying and qualifying potential customers to maintain a steady stream of leads.
  • Lead Generation: Find and qualify prospects through email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Keep a robust sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and continuous engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: Master our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct virtual meetings and product demos, addressing prospects' needs.
  • CRM Management: Input and maintain accurate customer data, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams for smooth client handover and a seamless experience.

 Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-7 years of proven inside sales experience, with a focus on cold calling, ideally in the US market.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

 Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Apollo I.O., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and strategies.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization.

 Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or software solutions.
  • Understanding of US business culture and market dynamics.
