Responsibilities:
A. Onboarding of Employees:
1. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including HR induction, team and reporting manager introductions, documentation, and workstation setup.
B. Attendance, Leave Management & Workforce Operations:
1. Manage and monitor attendance and leave records for full-time employees and interns.
2. Oversee workforce operations, such as employee movement, shift scheduling, and resource allocation.
C. Grievances:
1. Act as the primary contact for resolving employee grievances in consultation with Sales Directors and the Retail Head.
2. Provide timely and effective resolutions, conduct thorough investigations, and maintain accurate documentation of grievances and outcomes.
D. Employee Engagement:
1. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, aiming to reduce attrition and improve productivity.
2. Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate and recognize outstanding performance among retail employees.
E. F&F and Separation Formalities:
1. Manage Full & Final (F&F) settlements for departing employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Coordinate with finance and payroll departments to ensure seamless processing of F&F settlements.
Experience - 1-3 years of experience in overseeing all HR functions
Education - MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 B-School
