Job Description:

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned HVAC projects.

Manpower / Materials Management --- Monitoring the Project in close coordination with the project team.

Assisting the Planning and the Construction Manager in implementation phase of a project.

Need to carry out quality & safety inspections during the construction phase of projects as directed by Project Manager.

Site Documentation, TDS Submittals, SIR, MIR, IRN ,Challans, Gate passes, Maintaining Project Files with all other duties as requested or assigned by Project manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :--

Knowledge in Mechanical / HVAC construction practices.

Well versed with Microsoft Office .

Ability to understand and willingness to follow corporate policies and guidelines.

Education Experience :--

Mechanical Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical.

Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering.

Well versed with basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook,

Basic Communication skills.

Should be able to work at all Revamp Retrofit Work Environment :--

The FTE should possess the ability to be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable.

Should be able to withstand exposure to temperature extremes in & out, Prolong standing or in stationary position.

Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions

Ability to work with wearing all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision, and hardhat protection).
