Hotel Reservation Executive ( Operations ) - Malad Location

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for processing Hotel Reservations by Phone Calls / Emails & Online
• Coordinate / Follow up with the contact points (Travel Agents) & Suppliers and check for Availability, Confirmation, Refund of Hotel Bookings
• Search & compare fare, Hotel availability, room category, Hotel amenities, Location etc
• Resolve Technical queries

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have knowledge about online portals.
• Good Communication / Coordination / Negotiation skills
• Should be from the Western Line
• Basic Excel Knowledge, computer, email
• Customer Service skills
