Job Description
- Market Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our pavement survey equipment product line across India, targeting government agencies, road construction companies, and infrastructure design consulting organizations.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that includes identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our products and services. Develop and maintain reseller network pan India.
- Existing Network: Leverage your existing network and relationships in the infrastructure and construction industry to identify opportunities and establish key partnerships.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our pavement survey equipment product line, including network survey vehicles, laser vision systems, and equipment upgrade services, to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team .
- Client Relationships
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and strategies. Experience in Zoho CRM is desirable.
