Marketing and Sales Professional (Field Job)

We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Marketing and Sales Professional to promote and sell our range of garment accessories (Zipper, Polyester Button, Metal Button, Interlining Fabric) to existing and potential customers in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field job.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the apparel industry.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

3. Promote and sell our range of garment accessories to customers through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

4. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

5. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

6. Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

8. Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve business objectives.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the garment accessories industry.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently in a field job, with a strong focus on customer relationship building.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

8. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Desirable:
