Job Description
Dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Executive with experience in the wellness and healthcare sector. Proven track record in attracting and managing clients effectively while enhancing their experience at Panchakarma centers.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing information about services.
- Implement promotional strategies that increased customer footfall .
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time slots for therapists and clients.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, resulting increase in customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that attract new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Skills :-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in [relevant software or tools, e.g., MS Office, scheduling software]
- Knowledge of Panchakarma treatments and wellness practices
- Customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
