Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
• Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs for security purposes.

Administrative Support:

• Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and IT equipment for events.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, workstations, and access cards.
• Maintain and update employee records in the company database.
• Ensure compliance with IT and security policies and procedures.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT ticketing systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
