Experience: - 10 to 18 Years

Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, Java,. Net etc.).

Rysun Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects, with a preference for candidates who have experience in government projects and a strong understanding of backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring that project requirements are understood and met.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Leverage experience with government projects to navigate compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee backend development processes, working closely with developers to ensure alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing government projects and understanding government processes and standards is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, Java,. Net etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
