- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a robust talent network that can be tapped into for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding messages that resonate with high-caliber candidates.
- Regularly track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize the effectiveness of direct sourcing and headhunting efforts.
- Stay up to date with the latest talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into recruitment strategies.
