Relationship Lead is supposed to manage overall customer experience, portfolio management, portfolio sale, retention management, monthly sales and drive the targets for 10-15 RMs for a designated zone/zones (Beat)
Responsible for overseeing overall performance, productivity, quality, and compliance of the team
Relationship Lead is supposed to add/enhance/facilitate relationship with new developers/projects in the designated zone
Relationship Lead is supposed to facilitate the collection cycle with effective coordination with the developer, internal finance team and customers
Relationship Lead is supposed to ensure the best customer experience and devise strategies for effective relationship management. Will have to work as key player in managing escalations and negotiations for enriching customers experience on the Online sales journey
Will have to work closely on the individual Portfolios of the RMs for enhancing monthly recurring sales, loyalty revenue generation and reference closures
Will be monitoring daily, weekly, monthly performance movement and publishing the analytical and other reports to the higher management
Will have to play an important role in the intra and inter sale movement for the designated zone
Work closely with RMs at different projects and assist in online/offline closures
Develop, inspire, and upskill RM team to overachieve on individual and team targets, constantly looking for improvements in all areas
Develop short-term and long-term strategies to improve the team performance, establish necessary operation process, and deliver measurable KPIs
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and action plans aligned with the regional business strategies and directions
Develop and build an elite team of highly competent RMs who can provide concierge-level/professional consultation with the highest customer experience
Develop and own the strategy and process for lead nurturing as well as reactivation of old leads, taking charge of planning to execution and monitoring
Develop a hub of excellence - identify, develop, and instill best practices, processes, and systems to drive an environment of continuous improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on Marketing effectiveness quality, quantity, and cost of digital leads received
Contribute to the formulation and execution of market-specific initiatives and strategies in line with the regional strategic focus
Set and meet team performance targets for efficiency, conversions, and sales.
Manage day-to-day running of the PRMs and implement regular monitoring and reporting to ensure the high performance
Daily analysis of operations data from agent performance through to overall sales / conversion reporting
Measure and improve team and agent KPIs by identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and leading coaching and mentoring of agents on a regular basis
Assist with hiring and interviews
Job Skills
Presentable and good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Experience in the lead cycle management including lead nurturing and lead reactivation will be a big plus
Experience in the concierge customer service, healthcare, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Dedication to customer satisfaction and an enthusiasm to work with an emphasis on detail and follow-through as required

Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate, MBA preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales
