Supporting each other through the ups and downs of work life

Day to Day Office

I’m 32M, working at [HCLTech](hcl-technologies) 60K in hand, with personal and home loans. My parents are forcing me into marriage due to societal pressure.

The girl isn’t working, unsure if she will, and her family demands a lavish wedding we can’t afford....we’re even taking loans for it. I begged to postpone, but no one listens.

I asked her to cancel she refuses. She ignores my calls but sweet talks my family, even lying that we’re getting along. We’re complete opposites in lifestyle, values, and personality.

I’ve tried everything even acting like a red flag but she won’t back out. Am I stuck? What should I do?

Always delayed salary. No incentive at all. Management is arrogant. HR head is the core of all office politics. Nobody cares to develop skills and promote. Just work and go home. Heads of Western and Central in Sales were gems, but company screwed them also.   Management comes to office after 4pm and expects everyone to reach at 10am. No encouragement. Only finding faults.

Work life balance. Job security because nobody works. And nobody gets fired. Because nobody new joins them ha ha ha

1) abusive environment depend upon site to site
2) I am sharing experiences of mandate department.
2)site manager abuses you and people leave every 2 to 3 months. 
3) even if you are right your senior will abuse you and then if you stand for your self then you will loose your job. 
4) Actually i personally found that it's not a mistake of managers but it's mistake of to form a business strategy. 
They keep hiring sourcing manager around 30 to 40 and then starts pushing pressure from 2nd week and if you fail to deliver results within few days then you will start getting threatening orders for loosing the job. 
5) i will appeal to candidate that think 1000 times before joining this company.
6) till now within 4 months - 15 employees have left the organisation. 
7) if any one wants to go for vacation for casual 2 to 4 moths or wants to apply for this job. 
8) unrealistic travel daily.

Only salary. Salary is on 1st of every month. 
I have heard from old tenure colleagues that they haven't received any incentive  from last one year even after closing residential deals.

Organisation doesn't give any incentive nor salary on time

I've cracked 6 deals within a period of 8 months but they haven't given me a single penny of Incentives.

No job securities and salary not on time. FNF received after 14 month. And they will make you feel down for not getting your salary. They don't even pay for traveling

How they treat their employees. during their working tenure and also after their exit from the company.  How does the senior management abuses the employees after exit, I mean what standard can you guys get down that creates doubt in mind if we have been working in the right organization
