Project Manager

Manage industrial building projects from conception to completion. Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies.
Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of project execution, from design and engineering to construction and commissioning.
Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Budget Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure projects meet required standards and specifications.
Safety Management: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols on project sites.
Compliance: Ensure projects comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project issues and challenges.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, budget status, and any issues or risks to senior management.
Contract Management: Manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
