Interior Designer

Design & execute interior projects for residential clients. Create 2D/3D designs, select materials & manage implementation.

Responsibilities:

Design: Develop and execute interior design projects for residential clients, from concept to completion.
Conceptualization: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts that align with their vision and functional requirements.
Space Planning: Create space plans and layouts that optimize functionality and aesthetics.
2D/3D Design: Produce detailed 2D and 3D renderings and drawings using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) to visualize design concepts.
Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) based on design, budget, and client preferences. This includes sourcing and presenting samples.
Project Management: Manage all phases of the design process, including budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing installation.
