Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

• Working closely with the senior stakeholders in different teams to ensure the delivery of projects on time and of high quality.
• Build and maintain agile project teams focusing on a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust.
• Facilitate full Agile processes across all teams, including running of sprint ceremonies including, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives.
• Provide accurate delivery estimates and resourcing plans for forecasted projects.

• Experienced in Scum Agile practice in software industry.
• Must be Scrum certified and have demonstrable experience in Scrum Management.
• Technical background in Agile Development.
• Ability to operate in a remote working environment.
• Strong, supportive, and facilitative leadership style.
• Experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, or others.
