Senior Engineering Manager - Web & Mobile Apps (10-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the engineering deliveries, including implementation of product (includes mobile app, web app & Saas tenant configurations) and product enhancements

- Ensure on-time delivery of software features and implementations to the Partner Success Team

- Lead and mentor a team of talented developers and QA engineers

- Estimation, progress tracking and monitoring, release planning

- Solve complex technical challenges

- Hands-on coding/troubleshooting to guide developers/QA

- Build a culture of innovation and automation

- Improve QA processes with focus on quality and efficiency

- Ensure process and compliance with SDLC SOPs

- Manage application support to meet support SLAs

- Work closely with the DevOps team to plan upgrade activities.

- Competency building and professional development of the development team.

Requirements :

- 10+ Years of experience

- 3+ years as Dev Lead / Engineering Manager

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Hands-on coding experience is a must.

- Technology agnostic approach to solving engineering problems

- Experience of cloud based SAAS deployments (AWS preferred)

- Successful track record of product delivery - Start-up experience is ideal but not required

Nice to have :

- Tech stack experience - React.js, react-native mobile app development

- Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001, ISO13485

- Experience with Healthcare Information Systems
