Blitz - Enterprise Sales Manager (2-5 yrs)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organization. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges and opportunities; & create persuasive sales proposals

- Conduct in-person meetings with potential enterprises & deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and experience

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients & work closely with the team to provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer

- Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company in terms of pricing & SLAs

- Closely work with the operations & accounts teams for seamless implementation and delivery of services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce ecosystem

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage & influence senior-level executives

- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset & willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers"
