Senior Sales Engineer

Toolshoppe LLP a fast growing company is looking for an enterprising Senior Sales Engineer with above 6-8 years of experience to join their dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.* The role requires consistently identifying leads, seeking business opportunities, and developing strong client relationships towards effective sales in field of Tools and accessories for CNC and related Machinery at B2B levels *. A significant responsibility is to develop, nurture channel partner networks and deliver significant throughput from the same. The Job would entail the following: -

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Touring for marketing and liaison with clients and closing deals.
• Creating relations with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Keep prospective client database (CRM) updated.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Understand customers requirements and suggest suitable/ equivalent products from our product basket and close the feedback loop with management.
• Collaborate with the channel partners to support product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Hands of Experience in Industrial product sales is value add.

Preferred candidate profile

Enterprising candidate willing to learn and work in a challenging environment with immense freedom of work. Also the candidate could be:-

• Experience in Machine tools Industry
• Open to travel across Coimbatore
• Having Two-Wheeler with License (Preferred).
• DME/B Tech or BE Mechanical candidates
• Learning attitude
