We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team as a Tech Lead . In this hybrid role, youll not only contribute to building and scaling our platform but also provide technical leadership by managing code reviews, guiding developers, overseeing daily standups, and maintaining our Bitbucket repository . Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

2. Task Management

• Assign tasks to developers based on priorities and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of features and milestones.

3. Daily Standups and Team Coordination

• Lead daily standups to track progress, address blockers, and align the team on goals.
• Act as the bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Hands-On Development

• Build and maintain both frontend and backend components of the platform.
• Work with technologies like React.js/Node.js , Python/Django , or similar stacks.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the platform.

5. Repository and Workflow Management

• Maintain and organize the Bitbucket repository :
• Enforce branch naming conventions (e.g., feature/JIRA-123, bugfix/JIRA-456).
• Implement and manage branch protection rules to prevent direct pushes to main/release branches.
• Ensure all code changes are reviewed via pull requests (PRs) before merging.
• Integrate Bitbucket with Jira to track tasks and automate workflows:
• Automatically update Jira ticket statuses when PRs are created, reviewed, or merged.
• Monitor repository health:
• Resolve merge conflicts.
• Clean up stale branches.
• Ensure commit messages follow standards (e.g., include Jira ticket IDs).

6. Innovation and Problem-Solving

• Identify and implement solutions to improve the platform’s functionality and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Biztoso ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in:
• Frontend : React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Backend : Node.js (Express.js), Python (Django/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), or equivalent.
• Databases : Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud Platforms : AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• DevOps Tools : Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of leading small teams or mentoring developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and real-time features (WebSockets, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration or data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of mobile app development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Experience managing Bitbucket repositories and integrating them with tools like Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
