We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in the US market. Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates

• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes to match technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and interest.

2. Managing Recruitment Lifecycle

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and project needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

3. Market and Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on IT technologies, industry trends, and visa regulations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC).
• Understand various IT roles such as developers, testers, architects, and analysts to identify suitable candidates.

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Act as a mediator between clients and candidates to ensure alignment of expectations.

5. Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with legal and client-specific documentation requirements (I-9, W-4, H1B, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

6. Reporting and Coordination

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
• Work closely with the business development and delivery teams to meet hiring goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in US IT recruitment.
• Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of US work authorizations and visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
