Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and professional networking.
Utilize Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals in the US market.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
Review resumes and cover letters to identify key skills and experience.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of current IT industry trends and salary benchmarks in the US market.
Conduct market research to identify and attract top talent.
