Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions in the US market.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices in the US IT market.
Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment strategies and goals.
