Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant field.
Sourcing & Relationship Building: Proven skills in candidate sourcing and building relationships.
Communication: Effective oral and written communication skills.
Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Database Management: Competency in managing databases and maintaining records.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive HR information confidentially.
Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
Consultancy Experience: Prior experience in consultancy is advantageous.
Training & Support: Capable of training and supporting HR team members.
Candidate Attraction: Skilled in using job portals, databases, social media, etc., to attract candidates.
Interviewing: Experience in conducting and filtering interviews for open positions.
Selection Tools: Proficiency in using various tools and methods to select candidates within a schedule.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any stream.
Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication skills.
Computer Proficiency: High proficiency with computers.
Recruitment Understanding: In-depth understanding of the recruitment process.
