Bizongo - Business Intelligence Lead (3-5 yrs)

As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights, driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.

This role encompasses the full life cycle of BI analytics, including designing and developing data models, reports, and dashboards, as well as exploring data, establishing KPIs, and training end users.

Your expertise will empower leadership teams to monitor and measure organizational success effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Leverage SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation to create meaningful insights.

- Design and develop efficient data models tailored to business needs.

- Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.

- Create visually engaging and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with data engineering teams.

- Facilitate training sessions and support teams in adopting Power BI tools.

- Establish and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
