Bizongo - Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence (4-6 yrs)

As a Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of BI analytics, from designing and developing data models, reports, and dashboards to performing in-depth data analysis.

This role requires a strong collaboration with leadership teams to monitor organizational success and drive data-driven decision-making.

You will also play a key role in establishing KPIs and training end users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Modeling & Reporting: Design and develop efficient data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights and drive decision-making.

- Data Extraction & Transformation: Utilize SQL/No-SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation from various sources.

- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- KPI Development: Establish, monitor, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success.

- Dashboard Creation: Create visually appealing, easy-to-read dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or other data visualization platforms to aid faster decision-making.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage expectations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data and insights.

- Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to validate and clean data.

- Strategic Contribution: Engage with senior management to provide insights that contribute to high-level strategic decision-making.

- User Training: Train end users on BI tools and dashboards to ensure they can extract value from the data and insights provided.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.

Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL/No-SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Expertise in designing and building data models and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting data to stakeholders.

- Experience working with leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and establish KPIs.

- High level of attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
