Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate data entry.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.
  
• Conduct follow-ups on outstanding payments and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year experience in order coordination or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Sales Order, Order Processing, Follow Ups, Order Management, Payment Followup skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
