Senior Sales Executive - FMCG

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in FMCG products.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales through distributors.
  
• Build strong relationships with key customers, including general trade partners.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to expand product offerings.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong understanding of General Trade, Distributor Handling, and Primary Sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
