Specialist Admin-Enterprise Apps

Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks . Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors . Responsibilities : 1 . Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries . 2 . Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order . 3 . Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed . 4 . Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed . Requirements : 1 . Experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of delivering high-quality work . 2 . Excellent organizational and time-management skills . 3 . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and visitors . 4 . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common office software, including email and calendar applications .
