Associate - Merchant Banking (4-6 yrs)

CS/CA/MBA/Lawyers (LLB)

- Preference - prior experience of minimum 2 to 3 year's in a Merchant Banking Company/Listed Company .

Job Responsibilities:

- Due diligence for IPO bound companies

- Drafting of Offer documents

- Liaising with regulatory authority officials like SEBI, NSE, BSE, RTA

- Valuation of Companies

- Documentation and issue management related activities

- Work Experience in SME IPO is highly Preferred.

Skill Sets Required:

- Experience in handling IPO, Preferential Issue, Open Offers, Buyback, Takeovers, Delisting, Valuation assignments

- Strong knowledge in SEBI, Corporate, Economic and Commercial Laws

- Proficiency in MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PPT

- Good drafting and presentation skills
