Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review agreements (SHA, SPA, BTA, JVA).

- Conduct due diligence and prepare reports for M&A and PE/VC transactions.

- Advise on Companies Act, FDI, FEMA, and regulatory compliance.

- Draft board resolutions, ROC filings, and assist with corporate structuring.

- Research corporate law updates and ensure statutory compliance.

- Liaise with clients and manage deliverables efficiently.

Desired Profile

- Education: LL.B. with 2 to 6 years of experience from a reputed law school.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate laws, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving.

- Traits: Team player, detail-oriented, and proactive.
