One of the MNC's are an Asst Manager Legal to be based out of BKC , for their Growing Legal team responsible for comprehensive management of procurement contracts. This role will focus on providing legal expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements, including framework procurement agreements, engagement letters, NDAs, NOCs, and recruitment contracts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to support compliance and minimize legal risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-such as sales, procurement, finance, and operations-to provide legal support for business initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, memos, and other documentation as needed.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of legal policies, procedures, and contract templates.
- This role offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in managing key commercial agreements and supporting organization's commitment to legal excellence and operational integrity.
Skills/Exp:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in law (LLB/LLM) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a law firm, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation.
- Experience with contract management tools and systems is preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and legal principles.
- Excellent communication, Autonomous professional and should be able to manage multiple transactions.
