Job Description
- Review the contracts on daily basis to ensure 100% coverage for deal review. All contracts should be reviewed from ASC 606 point of view, and they should be correctly set up in the systems.
- Implementation of Sales Order Approval process in NetSuite through Salesforce system.
- Implementation of Sales Order Approval process as BAU.
- Assessment of SSP for various performance obligations and update them on annual basis.
- Implementation of Fair Valuation process in NetSuite for Multi element deals.
- Writing Revenue Judgement Papers for deal above 100k USD.
- Query Management with stakeholders for Sales Orders.
- Assist team in closing month end revenues and balance sheet adjustments.
- Recording the CECL Adjustments on Quarterly basis.
- Preparation of SEC schedules related to revenue & CECL.
- Assessing the process improvement scopes and opportunities for automation.
- Support query resolution for Revenue Accounting Process.
- Document the process and assess SOX controls on monthly basis.
requirements
- ASC 606 or IFRS 15 relevant at least 3 years of experience.
- NetSuite at least 3 years of work experience.
- CECL any prior experience would be added advantage.
- Understanding of Unbilled & Deferred Revenue , end to end O2C Process.
- Qualification Any Graduate with at least 6 years of experience.
- At least 6 years of experience to manage international stakeholders and proficient English.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- This role requires night shift and working in PST hours.
