DESIGNATION: EXECUTIVE FRONTLINE SALES ROLE: SALES- OFF TRADE
DEPARTMENT: SALES LOCATION: Odissa (across)
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is first and foremost, a role for a strong sales execution, driving & maximizing sales volume,
distribution, visibility & display objectives. Sharp focus will be on reaching new customers and extending
the Bira 91 brand and experience to the masses.
Role and Responsibilities:
✓ The sales executive is responsible for ensuring secondary sales.
✓ Establishing relationships with decision makers and influencers.
✓ Running promotional activities at regular intervals along with identifying outlet level
opportunities.
✓ You will be required to build Bira91 market leadership through out of the box thinking by constant consumer interaction.
✓ Working on feedback to create consumer delight and constantly tracking the competition moves and accordingly acting on it.
✓ You will be the torch bearer of Bira91 brand and penetrating deep in the market by constantly
replenishing the stocks and process management.
✓ Ensuring ubiquitous distribution across the assigned territory.
✓ You will be responsible for activations and enrolling outlets which includes positioning Bira91
products/brand, product placement through various trade offers, schemes.

About the Function Area - Sales function at Bira91 undertakes comprehensive market analysis to
understand trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for growth. Developing and executing robust sales strategies and campaigns is key to meeting revenue targets, while customer relationship management focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Key Stakeholder You will be working closely with the Sales Manager, specific interaction with Trade Marketing & Retail Outlet Team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience
✓ 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing function in Beverages/Alco Beverages,
FMCG, Durables and Telecom.
2. Functional skills
✓ You should understand various levels of business & their interlinkages and make
commercially profitable business decisions to drive business growth.
3. Analytical Ability
✓ You should understand various levers of business & their interlinkages and make
commercially profitable business decisions to drive business growth.
✓ You should have a structured thinking process in identifying solutions. Ability to gather,
interpret & evaluate data to identify patterns, trends & insights. Can suggest solutions
based on data analysis to solve business problems.
4. Soft skills
✓ You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey
product information, negotiate deals & value propositions to convince stakeholders.
5. Premium Focus
✓ You should understand "Beverage" as a product category and have a broad
understanding of market dynamics, consumer, trends, and market players.
✓ You should have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain
strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as bar owners, restaurant managers,
distributors, and retailers. Build a commercially beneficial relationship with
retailers/distributors.

B9 Beverage is a good company and very good working culture time to time employee training was very wonderful and HR manager always ready to help our employees This was very good experience with B9 Beverage and this is my wonderful time was working with B9
All good But some stock issue in the market I think if B9 given his proper stock in the market it's covered a big share in market.
